I don't like: Lies and lack of humility are two behaviors that I find really unpleasant. Lies erode trust and a lack of humility makes genuine relationships difficult. Both hinder personal growth and effective collaboration, creating an environment of mistrust and tension. I prefer sincerity and humility to build solid and respectful relationships.
